ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our Flatiron training lab, located just north of Union Square, is home to Irving Farm’s Manhattan operations as well as all of our quality control and training. Our downstate home base since 1999, the training lab features state of the art cupping and brewing equipment, including a competition-certified espresso machine. The lab is home to our daily quality control measurements, like cupping and refining brewing parameters and extraction, and it is also where all Irving Farm cafe baristas, and baristas who serve our coffee at wholesale accounts, are trained.
